WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

✓ Naturally Non-Toxic — No synthetic coatings, no PFAS, PFOA or PTFE, and non-nickel. Nothing to leach, chip or peel — just solid stainless steel built to outlast you.

✓ 100% Australian Made — Wrought in Sydney from a single 3mm sheet of highly conductive non-nickel stainless steel. Designed, engineered and made right here in Australia.

✓ Seamless One-Piece Construction — Built from one sheet with no rivets, screws, welds or joins between pan and handle. No crevices to trap food, no failure points to loosen — just one smooth, hygienic piece.

✓ Non-Reactive & Effortless to Clean — Sears, sautés and deglazes beautifully, and won't react with tomato, wine or citrus the way seasoned iron can. Dishwasher-safe, no seasoning required, scrub it however you like.

✓ Multi-Heat Compatible — Fully induction-ready and at home on gas, electric, ovens, BBQs, pizza ovens or campfires. One pan for every heat source, indoors and out.

✓ Multi-Century Warranty — Built to be passed down, not thrown out. Backed by our multi-century warranty.

FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about 20cm Stainless Steel Frypan- ETA 6th Nov

Do they work on induction?

Yes! Every Solidteknics pan is induction-compatible, and works just as well on gas, electric, ceramic, oven, BBQ and campfire. One pan, every heat source.

Is there a coating? Are they non-toxic?

No coating at all. No PFAS, no PTFE, nothing synthetic to scratch or chip into your food. Just clean Aussie iron seasoned with non-gmo rice bran oil. Nothing to wear out, nothing to worry about. Just a low-stick surface that gets better every time you cook!

Can you put them in the dishwasher?

Yep — nöni is dishwasher safe. It's stainless steel with no seasoning to protect, so it handles the dishwasher happily. (Our AUS-ION iron range is hand-wash only.)

What are nöni pans made from?

A custom non-nickel stainless steel. Unlike standard 18/10 stainless, it's not nickel-alloyed (just a tiny trace from the steelmaking process), and it's naturally magnetic — so it's induction-ready without any bonded, multi-layer construction.

What makes nöni stainless steel different to common stainless steel?

Most stainless cookware is "18/10" — and that 10 is nickel, a heavy metal that can leach into food and is a common allergen. nöni is non-nickel ferritic stainless instead. It's also naturally magnetic, so it works straight on induction without the bonded, multi-layer base that ordinary stainless pans rely on.

What They’re
saying

A short, optional paragraph for desktop talking about the curated reviews.

Karen

I love the Noni, b/c my teenage children love to cook, but aren't always the best at fast clean-up. With this pan, I don't need to worry that they will strip the seasoning by leaving it to "soak" (i.e., leaving it to see if Mum will clean up after them).

Alison

Everything they say about the Noni Steel is true. Without any exaggeration I've had many stainless steel pans in my life, some I've paid a lot of money for, and not one of them can touch the performance and durability of these Noni Steel pots and pans.
