Excellent every day pan

By: on 5 July 2023
I’ve used this pan to cook for my family of 3, most days, for over 2 years. It handles everything, including double batches of popular dishes (e.g. bolognese with 1kg of mince and plenty of red wine). It operates well even on an undersized electric cooktop but does benefit from a long pre-heat on low/medium heat (just like my cast iron). It’s a sauté pan in solid stainless steel - what’s not to like?

Love at first cook

By: on 17 May 2023
I Love this frypan! From bacon and eggs, to soups and sauces, it cooks everything perfectly, non-stick and cleans so easy. I wish I invested in these pans earlier. I am also so happy I never have to worry about chemicals from my cookware, or ever buying another frypan in my lifetime.

Lovely quality

By: on 10 May 2023
This is a top pan, pretty heavy but feels like it'll outlive me for sure. Make sure you bring your food to room temp before cooking though or it will stick. But still it's easy to clean especially with beekeepers friend.

Beautifully heavy

By: on 9 May 2023
I love this pan but as it is quite heavy to handle, I have mostly been using it to make pizzas on - it does that beautifully though! The helper handle thingies are great..I have the smaller Noni frypan that is lighter that I use more.

Get what you pay for!!

By: on 9 May 2023
After being a staunch Euro cookware supporter for the last 25 years my foundation was rocked! The one piece construction is indestructible, plastic free and free of whatever is used in non stick cookware? Best of all it is created down under! Super easy to clean, no chemicals and I see no reason that these won't be still in use in 100 years! Well done all those associated with its design and manufacture

Excellent Value

By: on 9 May 2023
I have this and a 30cm AUS-ION pan at home and they are my absolute favourite things in all my kitchen - except for maybe the jar that holds the chocolate. Love using my nöni sauteuse for the more acidic recipes, and for cooking one-pot dishes - suits my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children) perfectly! It heats evenly and cooks to perfection! I'm hoping to upgrade my whole pan set to Solidteknics eventually, I love it so much!

Noni sauteuse and skillet lid

By: on 9 May 2023
With this sensational 31cm sauteuse and matching skillet lid, our home cooking has moved into a new league. I use this for absolutely everything, and the skillet/lid is super adaptable as well. I’ve even used it as a lid and skillet at the same time, by placing a mixing bowl/small saucepan on the skillet and using the heat from the sauteuse to slowly melt chocolate and make delicious delicate sauces. So many uses for a brilliant addition to our cookware. Solid work, team Solid.

This thing is amazing!!!

By: on 9 May 2023
This is my first piece of Solidteknics gear. I've now had it for two years and it cleans up just like new. It's fantastic to cook on and I now don't have that thought in the back of my mind of "Where did that non-stick coating go? Am I eating that?" The craftsmanship is fantastic - I can see how you can give out a multi-generation warranty - the quality is tip top. Since purchasing this pan, I have become an addict monitoring for the new cool stuff on Kickstarter. If you're thinking about if you should make the plunge to buy this - DO. It's well worth the money.
