We're thrilled to share some fantastic news with you! The first 139 Loaf Pans have officially passed the finish line and are nearly ready to be shipped (see one of the freshly finalised pans below!).

As mentioned in our previous update, we've been putting the final touches on these beautiful pans. While there was a slight production delay, we're now back on track and have a clear path forward for completing the final stage on the remainder of the pans.
We're currently in the final phase of the Quenching process. Thanks to our team's hard work, we expect the remaining pans to pass through this process smoothly and quickly. We aim to have all orders ready to ship by the end of this month!
We understand how eagerly you've been waiting for your pans and truly appreciate your patience during this final stretch. Rest assured, the quality and performance of your new Loaf Pan will be worth the wait—it is built to last for generations of cooking.

We have some great news to share! The majority of the 'last to ship reward', our noni Baking Trays (553, in fact!) have now been shipped, and only a few final trays remain to be completed.
For those still waiting on their nöni™ baking trays, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your patience and understanding. We’ve been shipping the trays in batches to ensure the highest quality, and as you know, some of the second batch trays were sent back to our manufacturing team for refinements. It’s important to us that every tray meets our strict standards so you can enjoy a beautiful and high-performing product for years to come.
We’re confident that the final trays will be with you shortly, and we appreciate your support as we wrap up the last steps.

We’re thrilled to share some excellent news with you today! After careful review, Mark has now approved the third round of sharpener head samples, and we’re excited to report that they are absolute perfection. This means production on your sharpener heads is officially set to begin!
We know many of you eagerly await your knives, and we genuinely appreciate your patience. As you know, our knife blades are handcrafted by master knife smiths in Japan, using the finest materials and meticulous techniques. Unfortunately, we’ve encountered another delay from our blade supplier, which is beyond our control, as we are still waiting for the off-tool blade samples to arrive. Once we receive them, our team in Sydney will conduct the final quality checks before diving fully into production.
Before we ship these unique pieces to you, we want to ensure that they meet the highest standards of performance and craftsmanship. Delays can be frustrating, but please know that we are fully committed to delivering a product that exceeds your expectations.
We are so grateful for your ongoing support and patience—it truly means the world to us as we work toward completing a knife and sharpener system that you’ll be proud of for years to come.
