Woohoo! We've got very exciting news. The much-anticipated AUS-ION Loaf Pan is nearing completion. Check out the first glorious 'off tool' sample from our factory in Sydney below (finished RAW/unseasoned).
We're now fine-tuning our detailed tooling process and will make a few minor changes before jumping into production in October, meaning we anticipate delivery in November..
Again, we are extremely thankful to each and every one of you for your patience as we have navigated the manufacturing process of this unique pan.
Rest assured, we are committed to delivering a pan that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. It's a pan that you can enjoy and be proud of for generations to come.
LL33 Long Flippa - ETA late May 2024 (Update posted: Fri 1 November)
Great news! We're happy to announce that our new Long Flippa tools in titanium and stainless steel have reached their first off-tool phase. We are now approaching the final stages of production, where they will be officially stamped and packed off to you. Once production is finalised, we expect a fast turnaround.

LL38 Four Sided Baking Trays | ETA late June (AUS-ION) - September (noni) 2024 (updated Tuesday, November 12th)
As we mentioned in our previous update on the 29th of October, our nöni™ stainless steel baking trays were held back due to an aesthetic issue that was noticed during production. While these marks were minor, this meant that, unfortunately, these nöni™ trays did not meet our strict quality assurance standards.
The good news is that we have resolved the issue and are now on track to finalise these wonderful trays and get them out to you as soon as possible. As this was a manual correction, it is likely that we will start shipping your trays by late November or early December.
Again, we apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused and appreciate your understanding. As always, we are committed to delivering cookware that meets our high-quality standards.
In the meantime, for our domestic customers, we will split orders and ship the available items (if you have other pieces in your order). However, we regret that we cannot offer the same split-shipment option for our international customers.

This is a quick update to let you know the progress of your Modüla™ Knife System and Sharpener.
We are pleased to announce that the off-tool samples for your sharpener heads are now well on their way to our mechanical engineer and founder, Mark, for final approval. After passionately working for decades on refining sharpening systems, Mark has worked hard to ensure that you're left with a game-changing system that is unlike anything else on the market.
A direct note from Mark himself: I really wanted to show you all the progress (see below) we're making on a game-changing new patented Australian-made knife. Many of you joined us for the journey to develop this world-first Modula series together, including making new die casting tooling right here in Australia, for production of these epic handles in Sydney, and for that support we are forever grateful!
As you know supporting a Kickstarter is not the same as online shopping for generic products imported and awaiting dispatch from a warehouse: this is real manufacturing of something that has never been done, anywhere, with real world tech challenges. We overcame those challenges, and now we're patiently awaiting completion of tooling so we can start production soon, along with Trilobite handles for our new diamond-coated Modula sharpening systems.
The reward for everyone who has faith in our world-leading Australian engineering is First Editions at much lower prices than eventual retail. But it does take time, and that's not for everyone, and that's just fine by us.....we're engineers, not marketeers!
