Soon these pans will go through their final stage of production, where they will be lovingly shotblasted and seasoned for you.
While we initially hoped for a 2024 delivery after some unexpected tooling delays, it’s now looking more like a late January/February arrival. We know the wait has been long, but the detailed, meticulous tooling process ensures these pans will be top-performing, built to last, and a joy to use for generations to come.
We deeply appreciate your patience and support. You will soon find this is a one-of-a-kind pan well worth the wait!

We’re thrilled to announce that the first batch of our Long Flippas, crafted from premium titanium have successfully completed production and are now on their way to you! Lovers edition stainless steel Long Flippas are currently in the final stages of production and will follow suit shortly.
Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying these eco-friendly, plastic-free, and incredibly versatile kitchen tools in your home.

LL38 Four Sided Baking Trays | ETA late June (AUS-ION) - September (noni) 2024 (updated Wednesday, 18th of December)
We've sent the first 211 baking trays, unfortunately we weren't completely satisfied with the second batch and subsequently, we handed them back to our manufacturing team to keep working on them. This however will mean we won't be able to deliver anymore this year as our manufacturing partner closes for Christmas. As soon as they're back January 6th, they'll commence work.
We definitely did not anticipate having to write this update. We engineer for performance and durability, and though our pans are finished raw, meaning we do expect imperfections, it is important to us that we have the aesthetic as solid as possible.
We apologise for the additional delay. Below is a photo of one of the baking trays ready for use. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
The tooling samples recently sent to our mechanical engineer and founder, Mark, for final approval are advancing exceptionally well. As Mark mentioned in this previous update, he is working hard to meticulously ensure that every detail is perfectly refined so you can be proud of this game-changing knife and sharpener system.
As you may know, our knife blades are handcrafted by master knife smiths in Japan using the highest-quality materials. While we’ve experienced a delay with the supplier of these unique blades (due to the meticulous precision required in their production), we are pleased to inform you that our team is working relentlessly to follow up and fast-track the production process.
We will provide you with an update as soon as we receive the first off-tool samples of these blades. Once the blades are finalised, our knives will be finalised in our Sydney factory and shipped to you promptly.
With real-world manufacturing, we often face real tech challenges, but rest assured—as we’ve repeatedly proved—we’re fully committed to overcoming them.

We’d like to share a quick update on the progress of the Complete Modüla™ Sharpening System.
The tooling phase is moving smoothly, and the sharpener head samples recently sent to our mechanical engineer and founder, Mark, for final approval are progressing exceptionally well. Mark is carefully fine-tuning every detail to ensure that this system meets the highest performance standards and is a game-changer for you in the kitchen.
Once we have the first accurate off-tool sample on hand, we’ll enthusiastically share another update with you.
Production on both our 20cm and 28cm nöni™ skillets is complete, and all pans have now been carefully packed and shipped off to you!
