Mum's Chicken Curry

Back

An easy, mild Aussie family dinner. You fry diced onion and chicken thigh, add chicken stock, frozen mixed veg, broccoli, curry powder and a packet of chicken noodle soup, then thicken it with a cream of chicken soup paste. It's all made in one wok and served with rice.

Recipe shared by Rhys, one of our Solid Lovers ❤️ His mum regularly made this easy recipe for dinner growing up. It's a simple, one-pan weeknight meal built on pantry staples.
