How to season and care for your cookware

After cooking, use the nöni™ mini scraper or Lil' Flippa to lift away any stuck-on food, then wash with the bamboo pot brush or Scrubtastic scrubber and warm water. Dry the pan thoroughly — ideally over low heat — then apply a thin layer of IronLove™ seasoning balm with one of the bamboo cloths while the pan is still warm. Wipe away any excess and store. Repeated over time, this simple routine builds a naturally non-stick, rust-resistant seasoning layer on your AUS-ION™ wrought iron.
