HEX pans — are the corners sharp, and how do the removable handles work?

The corners are rounded and CNC-finished, so they're safe to handle. The Bronze/Stainless Removable Handle clips on with a simple squeeze of the heart-shaped locking pin — a little wiggle before locking is by design and doesn't affect strength.
