Please note: Shipping times may take a little longer during and shortly after promotional periods, due to the large volume of orders received. We will always work as fast as possible to get your order out to you. We kindly request that you allow one week after placing your order to receive your dispatch notification, before contacting our customer care team.

Retroactive Promotions Policy
Promotional pricing, discounts and offers are valid only for the specific campaign period in which they are advertised and cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after that period. All prices on the Solidteknics website are clearly displayed at the time of purchase, and each order is confirmed at the price agreed to by the customer during checkout. Once an order has been completed, we’re unable to offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or price adjustments if a promotion begins or ends outside of that purchase window. To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, codes or incentives unless explicitly stated in the terms of the promotion. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that promotional pricing is time-specific and that completed purchases are final at the price shown at checkout.

We’re confident you’ll love your new SOLIDTEKNICS MODÜLA™ 23cm Bread Knife and 18cm Choppa. If you’re not satisfied, eligible Australian customers can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility:
- Promotion period: Applies to the 23cm Bread Knife and 18cm Choppa only. Purchased between 2nd September to 29th of September inclusive
- Where purchased: Applies only to purchases made directly from solidteknics.com and Kickstarter.
- Bundles and gifts: Where knives were purchased as part of a bundle or received as a free gift, (the refund applies only to the knife portion of the purchase)
- Condition on return: Knives must be returned clean, with all components and original packaging, including any blade guards or sheaths.
- The knives may be used for normal household cooking, but must not be intentionally damaged, misused or altered.
Sharpening and alterations: Knives that have been damaged or materially altered through incorrect sharpening—including the use of sharpening tools or methods not recommended by SOLIDTEKNICS—or that have been reground, engraved, personalised or otherwise modified, are not eligible.
- Assessment: Returns will be assessed within 7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of assessment. Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method used.
- Rejected claims: If a return does not meet these terms, we will contact you and return the knives at your expense
- One-time offer: Refunded products cannot be repurchased under this guarantee.
- Fraud: Solidteknics reserves the right to refuse any claim it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or made in breach of these terms.
- This promotional guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Changes: Solidteknics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to honouring claims for eligible purchases made before any change.
To make a claim:
- You must complete the SOLIDTEKNICS Returns Form before sending your return.
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be sent via registered post with tracking.
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense
- The returned item must be received at our nominated return address within 45 days of the original delivery date
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Once the returned knives have been received and assessed, the approved refund will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- For credit card purchases, the refund will be processed back to the same credit card used at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Safe packaging: Knives must be securely wrapped and packaged for safe transit, in line with Australia Post's requirements for sharp items. Solidteknics is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Refund amount: The refund is limited to the amount actually paid for the knives, after any discounts, codes or promotional offers applied at checkout.
