Please note: Shipping times may take a little longer during and shortly after promotional periods, due to the large volume of orders received. We will always work as fast as possible to get your order out to you. Retroactive Promotions Policy

Promotional pricing, discounts and offers are valid only for the specific campaign period in which they are advertised and cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before or after that period. All prices on the Solidteknics website are clearly displayed at the time of purchase, and each order is confirmed at the price agreed to by the customer during checkout. Once an order has been completed, we’re unable to offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or price adjustments if a promotion begins or ends outside of that purchase window. To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, codes or incentives unless explicitly stated in the terms of the promotion. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that promotional pricing is time-specific and that completed purchases are final at the price shown at checkout.
