I don't make crepes, just pancakes, but it is great for this. I also use it to fry/heat up naan breads.

Outstanding!

I use this crepe pan every Sunday morning to make pancakes for the family. Low/medium heat, just doesn't miss a beat. Great product, as is all of the other pans I have. Thanks!

Perfect crepes every time

By: on 3 February 2025
Not only does this create perfect crepes every time but if you remember to quickly to an extra wipe of a stick of butter on it each time in between crepes, you get that professional-looking marbling effect on the finished product. I only wish I’d bought the bigger one.

Multi use

Sure it’s perfect for pancakes/crepes, also great for eggs, steak or anything else that need a nice sear. Also fits as a lid for my 20cm Ausfonte pan. Winning!

Great for crepes!

I love this pan to make crepes and also for lentil tortillas. It works easily and no sticky mess. Such a great pan, size and lightweight.

Almost Perfect pan for crepes

By: on 1 February 2025
We use this pan a lot! It cooks crepes very nicely. It is easy to get a spatula under the crepes (or pancakes) and flip them. The pan heats evenly through the whole pan. The only reason I do not call it perfect is that the handle gets hot. More so than my other Aus-Ion pans. Not sure why, but a silicon cover fixes that.

Not just for crepes

By: on 1 February 2025
Very useful Australian-made pan as others have said. We’ve owned it for a few years now and it has lasted magnificently. As well as crepes, we’ve used to make flour tortillas, flat bread, small omelettes, bacon and eggs, or cook small serves of steak or sausages. All have worked well and I love how the pan retains heat so well across the surface. Gradually increasing my collection. We’re looking at moving from gas to induction eventually and are delighted that these pans can stay with us for many years to come.

Great Crepe pan

By: on 1 February 2025
I purchased this pan because I was fed up of the nonstick pans that were short lived, even expensive ones. This crepe pan is constantly being used at home over the last 3 months. From frying pancakes to eggs and even parathas, it’s a great pan. Haven’t had anything stick. Even maintenance is so easy. It’s a great pan and I see it being in my home for decades. Even my husband likes how versatile it is and value for money. My husband says he appreciates the fact that the customer’s experience was key when making this product. I can’t wait to add more to my cooking collection.

A must have pan....

By: on 13 May 2023
This pan has been reserved for pancakes and eggs. I have managed to cook the perfect pancakes and omlettes in this pan that now I won't cook anything else on it lest I ruin the seasoning.... Perfect flips each time!
