Australian-Made Non-Nickel Stainless Steel, Built to Last Generations

nöni™ is Solidteknics' non-nickel stainless steel range, made in Sydney from highly conductive magnetic stainless. Every piece is formed from a single sheet with no coatings, no rivets and no joins, and no bonded base to delaminate. Unlike conventional 18/10 austenitic stainless, nöni™ is not nickel-alloyed.

The inert stainless surface needs no seasoning and is ready to cook from first use. It is dishwasher safe and excels at acidic and wet cooking where iron is less suitable, including tomato sauces, wine reductions, braising and slow simmering.

Fully induction compatible, nöni™ also works on gas, electric, ceramic, oven, BBQ and campfire. Standard nöni™ is 3mm thick, with a lighter Lightning range at 2mm. Backed by a multi-century warranty.
