Pan used: AUS-ION™ 26cm Lightning Skillet
Ingredients (measure with your heart)
- 2 chicken fillets
- Diced bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- Asparagus (fresh or canned)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- Sour cream
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated cheese of your choice
Directions
- Fry some bacon and onion until golden brown, then remove from the skillet.
- Brown the chicken fillets and partially cook in the skillet.
- Sprinkle the bacon and onion back over the chicken fillets, placing the asparagus on top.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream together in a bowl, and dollop on top of the fillets and asparagus.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese and fresh breadcrumbs over the top.
- Place the skillet in the oven on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown on top.
