Prevent Burning and Sticking: Cook the Right Way
1. Start with a Clean Pan
Always ensure your pan is clean and smooth prior to cooking. Stuck-on food can act like velcro and build up over time.
2. Preheat Your Pan Slowly

When you gradually heat stainless steel cookware, the 'Leidenfrost effect' occurs, expanding the metal and shrinking the pores on its surface. This results in a smoother cooking surface that is much less prone to sticking. Because our cookware is highly conductive, heat your empty pan on medium heat. Do a water drop test — add a drop of water, and if it forms a ball and dances, your pan is ready. Add oil once the pan is hot enough, and let the oil heat up before you start cooking.
3. Let Food Reach Room Temperature
Cold food, especially meats, can cause sticking. Allow your ingredients to come to room temperature and pat them dry to remove excess moisture before cooking.
4. Don't Flip Too Soon
Patience is key. Please wait until your food naturally releases from the pan before flipping or turning it.

Best Ways to Clean a Burnt Stainless Steel Pan
Important, please avoid: leaving hot pans in cold water, abrasive sponges or harsh cleaners, storing food in your pan for extended periods, and adding salt to cold water.
1. Use Bar Keeper's Friend or a Natural Vinegar Solution
For burnt marks, Bar Keeper's Friend is an excellent option for getting your stainless steel cookware back to a pristine, smooth condition. Alternatively, boil vinegar, add baking soda and scrub gently to remove burnt spots and marks.

2. Boil Lemons for a Natural Clean

Quarter two or three lemons, place them in your pan, cover with water, and boil for 5–10 minutes. The food residue should start floating to the top, making scrubbing easier. Remove the water and lemons, rinse your pan and use a gentle scrubbing pad or brush to remove any leftover bits. Then simply wash and dry thoroughly.
3. Aluminium Foil & Baking Soda Clean

Cover the burnt area with 2–3 tablespoons of baking soda, add water to form a paste, and use crumpled foil to scrub the surface gently using light circular motions.
4. Salt & Oil Scrub

Sprinkle coarse salt on the affected area (about 2–3 tablespoons) and add equal parts cooking oil. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to scrub away any marks, then rinse and dry.
5. For Lighter Marks — Boil Vinegar or Soap

- Chalky white spots: Boil 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water in the pan, then wash and dry.
- Stuck food: Boil soapy water in the pan to loosen food residue.
