The set includes the press plus one removable weight plate, so you can dial the pressure up or down to suit the food.

What it's made from. Wrought from 3mm non-nickel stainless steel — inert, rust-resistant, non-reactive and completely coating-free. There's no seasoning to maintain and nothing to leach, chip or peel, and its seamless, rivet-free build means nothing to trap food or work loose.

What you'll use it for. Crisp-skinned salmon and fish fillets, smash burgers, bacon, chicken paillard, halloumi, tofu and pressed vegetables — on gas, electric or induction. Add or remove the plate to adjust the weight.
