The set combines two complementary 31cm pieces. The High Performance Skillet-Lid doubles as a stand-alone crêpe pan and griddle and as a lid for both the nöni™ 31cm Deep Baking Pan and the nöni™ 31cm Sauteuse. Both pieces feature compact dual handles that curve down to maximise oven space and move easily from oven to table.

Material & Construction

Both pieces are wrought from a single sheet of 3mm nöni™ non-nickel stainless steel in a patented seamless, one-piece design. This ferritic stainless steel is highly conductive and cooks and browns more like wrought iron than conventional stainless steel, delivering perfect bases, even browning and superior heat conduction. Because it is solid wrought metal with no coatings, joins or moving parts, the cookware is virtually indestructible and built to last for centuries. Every pan is stamped with its date of manufacture and backed by a multi-century warranty.

Heat Source Compatibility

The set is built for every heat source. Both pieces perform on induction and all other stovetops, in ovens, on BBQs, over campfires and open flames, and even in charcoal and pizza ovens. The only exclusion is the microwave. Each pan is designed to fit a standard 600mm domestic oven, though internal oven dimensions vary, so checking measurements before purchase is recommended.
