The AUS-ION™ Loaf Pan brings naturally better baking to everyday loaves: an Australian-made iron loaf pan wrought from a single sheet of clean 2mm-thick Australian wrought iron, with an 8-cup / 2-litre capacity and a weight of approximately 900g. From banana bread and sourdough to meatloaf and roasted vegetable medleys, it delivers toxin-free baking with no synthetic coatings, PFAS, PFOA or PTFE.

Wrought in Sydney from a single sheet of clean Australian iron, the loaf pan has a one-piece design with no joins, screws or rivets — high performance without the heft. The 2mm iron body provides excellent conductivity and heat retention for even baking and well-browned crusts, while remaining light enough for easy everyday handling. Each pan is stamped with its month and year of manufacture and arrives in a reusable calico storage bag.

The loaf pan is designed for oven use only — use on a stovetop could void the warranty. Within the oven it is entirely at home: a dedicated baking tool shaped for loaves, terrines and bakes rather than stovetop work.

The pan arrives seasoned naturally with non-GMO rice bran oil, ready to go straight out of the box, and only gets better with every use. The seasoning is forever renewable: rinse with warm water after each bake, dry thoroughly, wipe with a light coat of oil — no soap needed — and store in a dry place. A patchy surface is normal for seasoned iron and is simply the seasoning developing.
