Seamless One-Piece Iron Construction

Like all AUS-ION™ cookware, the four-sided tray is wrought and manufactured in Sydney with a one-piece seamless design — no joins, screws or rivets. The 2mm iron body keeps the tray light enough for everyday handling while delivering the even heating and heat retention needed for proper crusts and caramelisation. Unlike flimsy, synthetic-coated imported trays, it will not buckle or peel under high heat. Each tray is stamped with its month and year of manufacture and includes a calico storage bag.

Designed for the Oven

This tray is designed for oven use, and the warranty covers oven use only — concentrated stovetop heat sources are the enemy of flat bakeware, so treat it as a dedicated oven workhorse. It fits standard 600mm domestic ovens; checking your oven’s internal dimensions before purchase is recommended.

Naturally Seasoned, PFAS-Free

The tray arrives naturally seasoned with non-GMO rice bran oil for a natural non-stick surface that only gets better with time — no synthetic coatings, no PFAS, PFOA or PTFE. Care is simple: rinse with warm water after use, dry thoroughly, apply a light coat of oil — no soap needed — and store dry. A patchy surface is completely normal for seasoned iron and matures with every bake.
