The 31cm Stainless Steel Dual-Handle Skillet-Lid from the nöni™ range by Solidteknics is a multi-functional, dual-purpose pan manufactured in Sydney, Australia. It works as a standalone shallow skillet, crêpe pan, griddle or baking tray in its own right, and doubles as a lid for both the nöni™ 31cm Deep Baking Pan and the nöni™ 31cm Sauteuse. It is a coating-free, PFAS-free, non-nickel stainless steel pan built to deliver multi-generational service across every modern heat source.

Material and Construction

The 31cm nöni™ Skillet-Lid is wrought from a single 3mm-thick sheet of highly conductive non-nickel stainless steel. The alloy is non-nickel and contains no synthetic coatings — no PTFE, no PFOA, no PFAS — and no aluminium core. Because the pan is wrought in one piece, there are no rivets, screws, welds or joins between the cooking surface and the dual handles. This seamless one-piece construction removes the common failure points of traditional skillets and lids, and leaves a smooth interior with no crevices for food residue to trap.

The high conductivity of the wrought stainless construction cooks and browns more like wrought iron than the thin austenitic stainless cookware most cooks are used to. Expect even bases, superior heat conduction and multi-generational durability.
