The AUS-ION™ 30cm Dual-Handle Wok is an Australian-made flat-bottom iron wok with a generous 4-litre capacity, made in Australia from 2.5mm clean Australian iron for fast heating. The patented seamless, one-piece design has no rivets, no welds, no toxic or short-lived coatings — and no wobbly handles, ever.

Wok cooking demands fast, even heat, so this wok is formed from 2.5mm iron — lighter and quicker to respond than the thicker AUS-ION™ skillets, while still carrying the thermal mass that delivers consistent, even cooking and proper sear. The seamless one-piece body means there are no joins, screws or rivets to loosen or trap food, and the dual-handle design keeps a big, hot pan controllable. A carefully engineered concave in the base allows for metal expansion when heated.

Induction to Campfire Compatible

The flat bottom makes this wok genuinely at home on modern cooktops: it suits induction, all stovetops, BBQs and campfires, plus all non-microwave ovens — even charcoal and pizza ovens. It is designed to fit a standard 600mm domestic oven, so it moves from stir-fry to oven roasting without changing pans.

The wok arrives seasoned with the Quenched™ finish and ready to use, seasoned with 100% non-GMO rice bran oil.
