Australian-Made Polished Iron Cookware, Ready to Cook From First Use

AUS-ION™ Polished is clean Australian wrought iron with a naturally smoother cooking surface that is ready to cook from first use. It is the same seamless one-piece iron as seasoned AUS-ION™, with no coatings, no rivets and no joins, just the bare iron buffed smooth.

Unlike traditional iron, Polished needs no seasoning for protection or function, so there is no break-in before you cook. Seasoning can still develop naturally over time, but is never required. The polished finish is not a coating, so there is nothing to wear, flake or scratch off.

Fully induction compatible and at home on gas, oven, BBQ and campfire, AUS-ION™ Polished is hand wash only and, as it is still iron, should be dried after washing. Made in Sydney and backed by a multi-century warranty.
