The AUS-ION™ 405 x 310mm Baking Sheet is a solid Australian-made iron oven tray, wrought and manufactured in Sydney from a single solid sheet of clean 2.5mm-thick Aussie wrought iron. Unlike cheap synthetic-coated imports, it will never buckle, peel or flake under heat — just pure, naturally seasoned iron, sized to fit standard 600mm ovens.

One-Piece Wrought Iron Construction

The baking sheet is made from a single solid sheet of iron with a seamless, one-piece design: no joins, screws or rivets, and no coating of any kind to scratch or fail. Wrought construction delivers high performance with easier handling than cast iron, and the solid 2.5mm body heats evenly for consistent browning and crisping. Each tray is stamped with its month and year of manufacture for heirloom authenticity and arrives in a reusable calico storage bag.

Designed for Oven Use Only

This tray is designed for oven use only — it is not suitable for induction cooktops or direct flame, and the warranty is valid for oven use only. Concentrated stovetop heat sources, especially induction and small gas burners on high, can damage flat trays, so keep this one where it belongs: in the oven, doing what solid iron does best.

Pre-Seasoned, Non-Toxic Baking

The sheet arrives pre-seasoned with non-GMO rice bran oil — no synthetic coatings, no PFAS, PFOA or PTFE — so baking can begin straight away. The natural seasoning improves with use and is forever renewable. After each use, rinse with warm water, dry thoroughly and apply a light coat of oil; no soap needed. Store in a dry place. Surface variations and patchiness are completely normal for seasoned iron and deepen into a richer seasoning over time.
