For when you're feeding everyone. 35cm of seamless Australian wrought iron, no coatings to flake, no joins to fail.
Australia
The AUS-ION™ 35cm Bigga Pan is the biggest skillet in the Australian-made AUS-ION™ range — a dual-handle iron pan wrought from a single piece of 4mm-thick clean Australian iron, built for large-scale meals, high-heat searing and firepit feasts. Big feeds, bigger performance, with no synthetic coatings and no PFAS or PTFE anywhere on the pan.
Wrought in Sydney from a single sheet of Aussie iron, the 35cm Bigga has a one-piece seamless design — no joins, screws or rivets — with dual handles that make handling heavy loads easier. The ergonomic, vented handles stay cool on the stovetop, a carefully engineered concave in the base allows for expansion as the metal heats, and each pan is stamped with its month and year of manufacture for heirloom authenticity. A reusable calico storage bag is included.
From induction stovetops to pizza ovens and campfires, the Bigga Pan is built for any heat source: gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven, BBQ and open flame. Despite its size it is designed to fit a standard 600mm domestic oven — though checking your oven’s internal dimensions before purchase is recommended.
The pan arrives naturally seasoned with non-GMO rice bran oil and free from synthetic coatings, PFAS and PTFE — a natural, low-stick surface that evolves with use. After each cook, rinse with warm water, dry thoroughly and apply a light coat of oil; no soap needed. Store in a dry place. Surface patchiness is completely normal in seasoned iron and resolves into a deeper seasoning with use.
The 35cm size and 4.5-litre capacity are made for feeding a hungry crowd: flipping multiple burgers at once, batch searing, baking over coals, family pies, roasts and frittatas. The wide 30cm contact surface delivers even heat across the entire pan, and dual handles keep big loads under control from stove to table to firepit.
Wrought construction gives the Bigga high performance with easier handling than cast iron of this size, plus the exceptional heat retention and conductivity that make iron the choice of serious cooks. 100% Australian made and wrought in Sydney, it is backed by a multi-century warranty — built to be handed down, not thrown out — and completes the AUS-ION™ family alongside the nöni™ non-nickel stainless steel range.
This is the largest cooking surface in the AUS-ION™ skillet family: a 30cm flat stove contact area — as wide as an entire standard 30cm frypan — inside a 35cm rim, with 4.5 litres of capacity. At 3.77kg the dual handles keep it manageable, and wrought iron runs lighter than equivalent cast iron. For households regularly cooking for four or more, it can replace two smaller pans at once.
