Material and Construction

The 31cm nöni™ Deep Baking Pan is wrought from a single 3mm-thick sheet of highly conductive non-nickel stainless steel. The alloy is non-nickel and contains no synthetic coatings — no PTFE, no PFOA, no PFAS — and no aluminium core. Because the pan is wrought in one piece, there are no rivets, screws, welds or joins between the cooking surface and the dual handles. This seamless one-piece construction removes the common failure points of traditional baking pans and leaves a smooth interior with no crevices for food residue or pan juices to trap.

A precision-engineered concave is built into the base. As the steel heats and expands, the base flattens for stable, even contact with the cooktop — standard for quality heavy-gauge iron and steel cookware.
