What it's made from. Wrought from a single 3mm sheet of nöni™ non-nickel stainless steel — a naturally magnetic, nickel-free ferritic stainless that runs straight on induction with no bonded base. Both the saucepan and skillet-lid are seamless, one-piece forms with no rivets, screws or joins to loosen or trap food.
