A roasting pan and rack made from one seamless piece of highly conductive stainless steel. The roasting pair beautifully with the rack, which elevates meat above the pan base, allowing hot air to circulate for even browning while rendered fat and juices drain below for crisp, flavourful results.

This set is perfect for roast chicken, pork, lamb, beef and vegetables, the pan transitions effortlessly from oven to BBQ, pizza oven or campfire. Once cooking is complete, the rack also doubles as a heat-safe trivet for serving straight to the table.

Material and Construction

Both roasting pan and rack are made from non-nickel stainless steel with no synthetic coatings — no PTFE, no PFOA, no PFAS. It will not rust and is fully non-reactive with acidic pan juices and marinades. It's cut from a single piece of solid 3mm ferritic stainless steel — not thin welded wire — with a diamond-pattern array that stays rigid under heavy roasts and lets rendered fat drain below. Manufactured in Sydney.

Built without coatings, without rivets and without compromise, it's a roasting system designed to last for generations.

Care and Cleaning

Dishwasher safe and requires no seasoning. The non-reactive stainless surface will not trap flavours or corrode. Designed for oven, pizza-oven, BBQ and campfire use — not direct stovetop, which can void warranty.
