The AUS-ION™ Roasting Pan is a large, all-purpose Australian-made iron roasting pan with four deep sides and a generous 5.5-litre capacity. Made in Australia from a solid sheet of clean 3mm-thick Australian iron in a patented seamless, one-piece design, it has no rivets, no welds, no synthetic coatings — and no wobbly handles, ever. Your forever roasting pan.

The dimensions were refined based on customer feedback so the pan fits smaller ovens such as the Anova — 1cm shorter and 1cm wider than the original design, with no loss of capacity or cooking surface.

With a seamless one-piece construction there are no joins, screws or rivets to fail, and the pan is suitable for all types of utensils — metal included — with no coating to scratch.

Built for the Oven and the Campfire

This roasting pan is designed for oven use, and is equally at home over a campfire for outdoor roasts — note that the warranty covers oven use only, and stovetop use could void it. It pairs naturally with the AUS-ION™ baking sheet as a lid or companion tray for covered roasting.

Seasoned with the Quenched™ Finish

The pan arrives seasoned with the Quenched™ finish using 100% non-GMO rice bran oil, so roasting can start straight away. There are no synthetic, toxic coatings that eventually scratch and fail — just healthy, real seasoning for a forever-renewable low-stick surface. Keep it rinsed, thoroughly dried and lightly oiled between uses, and consult the seasoning and care guide before first use.
