Pan used: AUS-ION™ 30cm Wok
Ingredients
- 6–8 Blue Swimmer Crabs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 x 400ml tin coconut cream
- 1–3 tsp chilli sauce
Directions
- Heat the wok on medium heat, then add the coconut oil.
- Add the onion and tomatoes, and cook until soft.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, adding the crab last, and cook through.
- Ensure the crab is coated well with the sauce.
- Enjoy with sides of your choice.
