Pan used: AUS-ION™ 30cm Wok

Ingredients

  • 6–8 Blue Swimmer Crabs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 x 400ml tin coconut cream
  • 1–3 tsp chilli sauce

Directions

  1. Heat the wok on medium heat, then add the coconut oil.
  2. Add the onion and tomatoes, and cook until soft.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients, adding the crab last, and cook through.
  4. Ensure the crab is coated well with the sauce.
  5. Enjoy with sides of your choice.
